Hi! We are Craig and Nancy.

The Lazy Moose has been in our family since 1988. It has been a gift to watch our daughters, nieces and nephews grow up here. In 1997 we also purchased the neighbouring property and built The Acorn. A partially off grid Cabin. It was a welcomed relief as the family grew.

Building and creating has always been a passion for us.
When we’re not dreaming up our next renovation project, you can find us out for a bike ride or at Craig's sugar shack back home in Port Perry.

It has been our pleasure to host guests from around the globe. We strive to create thoughtful experiences with all of the amenities to make our guests feel right at home.
When booking, your comfort and security is important to us. We will always provide proof of ownership when requested. Anything to make sure that you feel at ease booking your vacation.
